YOU ARE NOT LACKING INFORMATION. YOU ARE LACKING PREPARATION

Most antenatal education is built around what happens to you. The stages, the interventions, the timelines. It is clinical, often mechanical, and it rarely reflects the reality of how birth is actually experienced.

It does not show you how to work with your body.

It does not show your partner how to support you in real time.
It does not prepare you for decision-making under pressure.

And it almost never prepares you for what happens after the baby arrives.

So whether you have been deep in research, or avoiding it entirely, you arrive at the same place, expected to “trust the process” without understanding how to move within it.

THIS IS WHERE WE DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY

The Pregnant and Popped Birth Boss Mama Edition is designed in collaboration with Leila Foster, combining deep, experience-led birth education with a wider framework of preparation that most programmes miss.

THIS IS NOT ABOUT MORE INFORMATION

It is about building UNDERSTANDING, AWARENESS, and the ability to respond.

You will learn how to:

  • Work with your body, rather than against it, so you are not meeting birth with tension and fear

  • Understand what is normal, what is common, and what actually matters when decisions need to be made

  • Navigate the hospital environment with clarity, knowing what you can ask for and how to advocate for yourself

  • Build a realistic, thought-through plan for the days and weeks after birth, not just the birth itself

Because this is not just about having a baby. It is about BECOMING A MOTHER.

And that is a transition that does not respond well to being delayed, delegated, or left to chance.

WHAT THIS ACTUALLY INCLUDES

This is not a one-day class. It is a fully designed preparation experience, built to support you before, during, and after birth.

At the centre is the BIRTH BOSS MAMA PROGRAMME, delivered in collaboration with Leila Foster. This is where you will develop a deep understanding of how birth actually works, how to work with your body, and how to navigate decisions with clarity.

Around that, we have built the layers that are usually missing.

You will receive a private prenatal WOMEN'S PHYSIO CONSULTATION, so you understand how to use your body in birth and support your recovery after it. A prenatal LACTATION CONSULTATION, so feeding is not something you are trying to learn for the first time when you are already exhausted. A prenatal OSTEOPATHY SESSION, to support alignment and reduce physical strain as your body prepares for birth. And a prenatal PSYCHOTHERAPY SESSION, creating space to explore the identity shift into motherhood before you are in the middle of it.

On the day itself, you will be held in an environment that reflects the standard of this experience. A nutritious, thoughtfully curated lunch is included, alongside access to PREMIUM FACILITIES, so the space you are in matches the level of preparation you are stepping into.

This is supported by a prenatal MASSAGE, designed not as indulgence, but as a way to regulate your nervous system and reduce the physical and mental load you are carrying into birth.

And importantly, this does not end when the day finishes.

You will have six months of CONCIERGE-STYLE SUPPORT, giving you direct access to guidance that is personalised to you. You are not left to figure things out alone, or to start searching for answers when you are already stretched. You have continuity, context, and someone who understands your situation as it evolves.

PRENATAL WOMEN'S PHYSIO CONSULTATION

We place enormous emphasis on getting through birth, yet very little on how the body is actually prepared to do it. Most women enter labour without a clear understanding of their pelvic floor, their core, or how to work with their body under pressure. This session closes that gap. It is not about managing symptoms, it is about building physical awareness and capability in advance, so birth and recovery are not left to chance.

Feeding is one of the earliest and most sustained demands of postpartum life, yet preparation for it is often minimal or delayed. The assumption is that it will come naturally, or that support can be accessed later if needed. In reality, the learning curve happens at a point of maximum fatigue and vulnerability. This session moves that learning earlier. It gives you a clear, evidence-based understanding of how feeding works, so you are not navigating it for the first time in the middle of it.

PRENATAL OSTEOPATHY
CONSULTATION

Pregnancy is a period of continuous physical adaptation, but the body is rarely supported with the same level of intention. Restrictions in movement, shifts in alignment, and accumulated tension are often normalised rather than addressed. This session works with those changes directly, supporting the body to stay balanced and responsive as it prepares for birth. It is a proactive approach to physical readiness, rather than a reactive response to discomfort.

PRENATAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
CONSULTATION

The transition into motherhood is one of the most significant identity shifts a woman will experience, yet it is largely absent from traditional preparation. The focus remains on the baby, while the psychological experience of becoming a mother is left unexamined. This session creates space to engage with that transition ahead of time. Not to predict or control it, but to enter it with greater awareness, context, and internal capacity.

PRENATAL MASSAGE

In a culture that approaches pregnancy with constant input, information, and a subtle pressure to optimise every decision, very little attention is given to the state of the nervous system. And yet, that state shapes how a woman experiences both birth and early motherhood. This session is not positioned as indulgence. It is a deliberate shift out of tension and into regulation, supporting the body and mind to move through this period with greater steadiness.

6 MONTHS OF CONCIERGE SUPPORT

Most support is offered at the point a woman is already overwhelmed, when the baby has arrived, sleep is disrupted, and decisions need to be made quickly. This model works differently. Support is designed in advance and continues through the period where it is most needed.

Over six months, you have direct access to personalised guidance that reduces the mental load of early motherhood. You are not left searching, second guessing, or trying to piece together information in isolation. You know where to go, who to ask, and how to move forward without friction.

This is not reactive support. It is continuity. It is context. It is having someone who understands your situation, your preferences, and your evolving needs, so that you are not navigating one of the most significant transitions of your life without structure around you.
