Are you a pumping mama feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to optimise your pumping journey? Join me for a supportive, informative, and hands-on workshop designed to help you optimize your breast pumping experience & try other pumps if you desire!
In-person breast pumping assessment: Get a quick assessment from an IBCLC and learn together as a group.
Try other pumps (optional): If you desire, you can try other available pumps during the session.
Hands-on Practice: Learn the pumping modes and try different modes to find out what works best for you.
Workshop handout: You’ll get a printed handout with useful information shared during the session.
Q&A Session: Ask me anything to do about pumping!
