About the event
For Prenatal & Postnatal mamas: A brief description of the Vagus Nerve, somatic movements, yoga flow & some restorative yoga poses to stimulate the vagus nerve. This will be followed by a mindfulness activity exploring Mandala Art, making sure we end with feelings of calm, relaxation & restoration.
For Prenatal & Postnatal mamas. No drawing experience needed. I will guide them through the Mandala creations as well.
