GRAND PRIZE DRAW
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• A valid ticket for entry into The Pregnant and Popped Fair (referred to hereafter as "The Event") is required.

• To enter the prize draw, submit a completed Prize Draw Card with 6 valid stamps, including your name and the birthdate of your youngest child (or estimated due date if pregnant), at the redemption table at The Event.

• Prize winners will be contacted via email and announced within 7 days of The Event.
  Keep an eye on our social media channels for updates!

• All prizes must be claimed and fully utilised within 6 months of The Event date.

• All prizes must be claimed directly with the individual vendor.
  Neither Empowa nor Pregnant and Popped coordinate prize bookings.

• Bookings are subject to availability and the standard terms and conditions of each vendor.

• To redeem and book your prize, you may be required to provide your full name, address, telephone number, email address, child's estimated due date or birthdate, and prize certificate number (if applicable).

• Prizes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or in full, and are valid for a single transaction only.

• Prizes are not valid during sale periods or in conjunction with any other promotions or special offers.

• Strictly no extensions to the expiry date will be granted without prior approval from the vendor.

• Vendors are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed prizes, and no replacements will be provided under these circumstances.

• Prizes are non-transferable without prior approval from the vendor.

• Prizes, in part or in whole, and their terms and conditions may be amended at any time at the discretion of the vendor. These changes shall be binding.

• Acceptance of any prize constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any changes that may be made and published.

• Each prize certificate may only be used as a method of payment for goods or services in Singapore, in the local currency in which it is denominated.
