  • Neural Connections | Pregnant and Popped

< Back Neural Connections Building brain-body foundations to support children's development, learning, and stress resilience. HOW WE HELP MUMS We support families by strengthening the nervous system foundations that support development, regulation, and learning — from babies to primary-age children and tweens. For babies and young children, we use gentle, body-based approaches to support sensory processing, primitive reflex integration, movement, feeding, sleep, and early regulation. For older children and tweens, we focus on the underlying brain–body foundations that support emotional and behavioural regulation, attention and focus, social communication, and schooling demands — especially when children appear to be working harder than expected to cope with daily life and learning. We work with all children, including those in mainstream settings, children with additional needs, and neurodiverse children. Alongside child-focused sessions, we also support mums and dads through clear guidance and parent workshops, helping families better understand their child’s nervous system and confidently support development at home. Our approach is calm, family-centred, and strengths-based, supporting each child within the context of their family and everyday life.
