The Pregnant and Popped Fair is a curated, trust-led event.

It is designed to reduce overwhelm for families and build long-term brand awareness and trust for providers through meaningful, thoughtful engagement. IT IS NOT a traditional sales-led market, and on-the-day revenue is not the measure of success.

This Expression of Interest helps us understand:

• Your alignment with our mission

• How you intend to show up for parents on the day

• How you are planning your space, staffing, and participation

TIME LINE

To ensure a smooth and well-curated experience, we aim to have all Fair participation confirmed in advance of each Fair.

We review and confirm expressions of interest at three fixed points only:

• 3 months before each Fair: Primary confirmation round. This is when the majority of spaces, placements, and workshop allocations are confirmed.

• 2 months before each Fair: Secondary confirmation round, subject to remaining availability and Fair requirements.

• 1 month before each Fair: Final confirmation round, limited to last remaining spaces and subject to availability, logistics, and reduced pre-Fair promotion.

Expressions of interest are reviewed together at these checkpoints rather than on a rolling basis.

Applying early gives us the best opportunity to support your participation fully, and we will always be transparent about what is possible based on timing and availability.

Example timeline: Fair on 23 May, Primary confirmation round will be 23 February, Secondary confirmation round will be 23 March and the final confirmation round will be 23 April
