HOW WE HELP MUMS
I support mums, dads and babies through personalised movement, education and community. I offer 1:1 pilates sessions as well as prenatal, postnatal and mums (dads) and babies pilates classes designed to help parents rebuild strength, confidence and connection to their bodies after pregnancy and birth.
I work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure families receive well-rounded care and support.
My group classes in particular are about building community. Parents move, exercise and learn together, then often grab a coffee together afterwards so NO ONE feels ALONE in the early stages of parenthood.
