THE FAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ATTENDEES General Event Terms and Conditions By participating in any event planned and or controlled by Empowa you agree to the following: Food and beverage at the venue are provided by independent vendors. These are not included in the ticket price and are purchased separately at the attendee’s discretion Pregnant and Popped is a safe space created for families first. If you're a professional (or also a professional) we ask that you purchase an appropriate ticket, and kindly respect that this isn't a space for market research, networking or business promotion unless you're attending as an approved provider or sponsor and have an appropriate ticket to do so Please take note that photos and videos are taken during Empowa events and may be used on Empowa and or other Vendors website, Mobile Applications, Social Media (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tumbler, TikTok, Emails, Newsletters, Flyers or other promotional material. You give authorisation to use and post any photographs, videotapes, recordings or any other record of our events, including full names of any participants, before during or after the event for promotional use, reporting to the media and to publish in print and online. How we use your contact information The information you provide may be used by Empowa and Pregnant and Popped to keep you updated about Pregnant and Popped, it's offerings, it's vendors, it's providers and any changes we may need to make (due to things like unforeseen Government regulations etc). We also include your data in our systems (with Pregnant and Popped and Empowa) to ensure that we provide relevant information, based on your journey so far. For example, if you are in your second trimester we may send you emails about nutrition in pregnancy, how to find a Confinement Nanny or Postpartum Doula in Singapore, events that you might enjoy and things that we genuinely think will be useful for you, we may also use it to tailor your online experience with us, including but not limited to Social Media platforms. We also share the information you provide with the Pregnant and Popped Providers so that they can keep you updated about their individual offerings both at Pregnant and Popped, but also throughout your parenting journey. We do not spam people, we hope all of the information that is sent to you is relevant and useful, but YOU CAN OPT OUT OF ANY SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME BY CONTACTING THE SENDER OR CLICKING THE UNSUBSCRIBE BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF EMAILS For more information please email us at dpo@pregnantandpopped.com **Liability Clause for Playground** Neither Trehaus Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Owner") nor Empowa/Pregnant and Popped (hereinafter referred to as “Event Organiser”) shall be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained by individuals or property while using the playground facilities. All visitors, including but not limited to children, parents, guardians, and caregivers, use the playground at their own risk. Neither the Owner nor the Event Organiser shall be responsible for any injuries resulting from normal and expected playground usage. By using the playground, visitors agree to assume all risks associated with the activities and equipment within the playground premises. Neither the Owner nor the Event Organiser shall be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the playground. Visitors are responsible for supervising children under their care and ensuring that they use the playground equipment safely and appropriately. Neither the Owner nor the Event Organiser shall be liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by the negligence or misconduct of other playground users. Visitors shall be responsible for any damage caused to the playground facilities during their use (whether by an adult or child in their care). This includes but is not limited to intentional damage, negligence, or misuse of equipment and structures. In the event of any damage, the visitor(s) responsible shall bear the full cost of repair, replacement, cleaning or other rectification as determined by the Owner. Upon using the playground, visitors agree to report any damages they may observe immediately to the Owner or their representatives. The Owner reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover the costs associated with repairing or replacing any damaged playground facilities. By using the playground, visitors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this liability clause.

EXPRESS YOUR INTEREST TO BE A PREGNANT AND POPPED PROVIDER AT THE FAIR BEFORE YOU BEGIN The Pregnant and Popped Fair is a curated, trust-led event. It is designed to reduce overwhelm for families and build long-term brand awareness and trust for providers through meaningful, thoughtful engagement. IT IS NOT a traditional sales-led market, and on-the-day revenue is not the measure of success. This Expression of Interest helps us understand: Your alignment with our mission How you intend to show up for parents on the day How you are planning your space, staffing, and participation TIME LINE To ensure a smooth and well-curated experience, we aim to have all Fair participation confirmed in advance of each Fair. We review and confirm expressions of interest at three fixed points only : 3 months before each Fair: Primary confirmation round. This is when the majority of spaces, placements, and workshop allocations are confirmed. 2 months before each Fair: Secondary confirmation round, subject to remaining availability and Fair requirements. 1 month before each Fair: Final confirmation round, limited to last remaining spaces and subject to availability, logistics, and reduced pre-Fair promotion. Expressions of interest are reviewed together at these checkpoints rather than on a rolling basis. Applying early gives us the best opportunity to support your participation fully, and we will always be transparent about what is possible based on timing and availability. Example timeline: Fair on 23 May, Primary confirmation round will be 23 February, Secondary confirmation round will be 23 March and the final confirmation round will be 23 April Next
